We currently ship our products across India.

1.2 Delivery Timeline:

  • Minimum Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 3 business days from the date of shipping.

  • Maximum Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within 10 business days from the date of shipping. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or logistical issues.

1.3 Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping is available on all orders above INR 500.

  • For orders below INR 500, a standard shipping fee of INR 50 will apply.

1.4 Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can track the status of your order through the provided tracking link.

1.5 Delayed Deliveries:
If your order is delayed beyond the maximum delivery timeline, please contact us immediately at injiyastevia@gmail.com. We will investigate and provide an update promptly.

2. Cancellation of Orders

2.1 Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at injiyastevia@gmail.com and provide your order details as soon as possible.

2.2 Refund for Canceled Orders:

  • If the cancellation request is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

3.3 Non-Delivery:
If your order does not arrive within 10 business days from the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will investigate and either reship your order or issue a refund.

3.4 Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account after approval.
