1. Cancellation of Orders

1.1. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

1.2. To request a cancellation, please contact us at injiyastevia@gmail.com and provide your order details.

2. Refunds

2.1. We offer refunds for orders that meet the following conditions:

   a. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5-10 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

   b. Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5-10 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you or issue a refund.

   c. Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within 5-10 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and either reship your order or issue a refund.

2.2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
